I have been working for Paul Mitchell for over 10 years now and I have done everything from runway and fashion to TV and editorial.  I enjoy working on test shoots the most because I will always be working on my portfolio.  Fashion shows (especially during fashion week!) are also a great draw for me.  Maily I enjoy doing beautiful hair and working with great, fun, laid back people.
Almost all of the shoots I set up are to build portfolios so don't be afraid to ask.  I am probably interested I just may not be available.  I would say that evenings are best typically for me as my weekends book up about three months in advance.
I work with a team and we are all very easy going and fun to work with.
