Who I am:
I am an amature photographer that has done mostly landscapes.  I am just now begining to photograph more people.  I love pictures for the feeling that they can evoke.  I'm not looking to become wealthy, just satisfy my creativity.

My Style And Preferences:
I tend to like a softer style with a more dreamlike feel to the shots, however I am willing to listen to your ideas and work with you for shots that we can both use and be happy with.  I prefer natural light, and outdoor shoots.  If you have a favorite location, I have no problem with that.

My Equipment:
I currently use a Canon EOS 60D. 

My Limits:
Not many as far as creative ideas and general fun. 

If you're under 18, I would need a parent or legal gardian to accompany you to the location, and remain for the entire session.

My Suggestion:
That we meet somewhere for coffee and discuss what you feel you need from the shoot.  Together we come up with an idea that works and that we are both comfortable with.

If you've read this far, you might be courious about the name…

The name Griblex came into being when I was 17 years old, and working as a line cook.  It was a Mother’s Day, and the line to the restaurant was out the door.  I was running the kitchen.

My friend, was still there from the night shift, and was ragged.  I needed an english muffin… but for the life of me, I could not remember the name.  I looked at my friend and said, “I need one of those little round flat pieces of bread with holes on one side.‿  And he, in his sorry tired state, cocked his head to the side and blurted out a nonsense word: “griblex‿

We both just stood there for a minute, then lost it.  That word has come to mean many things over the years, typically something that remains indescribable.  That is what my works seems like to me when I try to tell someone what I see.  Hence the name.  Griblex
