About Me

My name is Christopher Lee Garcia.
First and foremost, I am an artist. I was born in Kansas, traveled worldwide and fine tuned my skills on the east coast. If you are a like minded free thinker, let's collaborate. If you itch to know more about who I am or what I do beyond my portfolio, just ask. If you want to commission me for a unique print piece or illustration, shoot me a message. If you’re interested in procuring my photo skills, then read on my friend.

Objective
I currently work full time as a Graphic Designer/Photographer for Harley Davidson but I still do freelance as well as finding time for my own personal art projects, which are always numerous. I am in constant need of models to do artsy and cutting edge projects as well as published works for various companies. I am also looking to connect with and expand upon my network of models, hair technicians, make-up specialists and other freethinking artists. Obviously, I'm also hunting for new clients and commission work. I am not solidified solely to Kansas as I travel often which includes the Virginia and DC area at least once a year, so if you're an east coaster, we should do some planning.

Rules
If you have not worked with me before, I am quite easy going and flexible. My at-home studio is a fully functioning, stand alone building with full facilities, not a creepy basement or cramped spare bedroom like some self proclaimed photographers. You are more than welcome to bring an escort as long as they will not step on our toes and are cool with helping out if we need them to. Also, bring more than one outfit/accessories and your own make-up/base just in case.

Time For Prints (TFP)
TFP is at my discretion and my portfolio is extensive as it stands so you really must offer something special, own or have access to a unique wardrobe or location or have one jaw dropping idea we can join forces on. That being said, it can't hurt to ask as I am looking for go-to people for projects and modeling.

TFP NEEDS
(These are just a few... I have a long list of ideas)
-Male with a wedding style tux
-Male with full combat attire and gear
-Male or female that's extremely skinny
-Male or female that's extremely well built
-Male or female with white suit/tux and top hat and possibly cane
-Female with long hair willing to cut her hair really short
-Female with a wedding dress (dress will get a bit dirty)
-Female with bright leg warmers, crazy colored heels and 80's attire
-Female for full body paint shoot (final product will not be nude but implied)

Photography Session: Prices and Guidelines
• Sick of perverts who are only interested in getting as many girls naked as possible?
• Tired of seeing sub par work from self proclaimed Photoshop masters?
• Burned out on random halfwits and hacks calling themselves photographers just because they bought a pricey camera at Wal-mart?

Well that makes two of us.
Art is not only my profession but my life and I take it seriously. Far too often I see amazing models with a portfolio diluted with subpar work. I don't sell myself short and neither should you.

$150 (2 hour photo session)
You receive: Image CD with a minimum of 10 retouched photos (low resolution)

This buys you up to a total of two hours worth of shooting time. So however many outfits and locations you can squeeze into that time frame is up to you, including travel and prepping. Each additional hour is fifty dollars extra. This is just the standard that I typically go by  but prices may vary on assignment. Professional grade prints can be purchased through me additionally for a minimal amount. I never give out all of the images that I shoot as I only edit and release top quality work.

If you've read this far I'm guessing that you've decided that you want to hire me to be you're photographer. You might be wondering, now what? First, think about as many details about the project that you can to make this go as smoothly as possible for us all. Please don’t be shy. I’m a professional so spill your guts. Tell me what you would like to achieve and what you don’t. I never judge, I’m very open minded and I love a challenge. Feel free to send me examples of what you like!

Ideas to think about:
-Where: In studio or on location?
-Attire: Do you have it, can you borrow it or should we rent it?
-Hair/Make-up: Will you do this yourself or should I contact a pro for you to go through?
-Type: What genre or theme are we aiming for? Senior portraits, modeling portfolio, business use, family photos, etc.
-What: Do you want traditional photos or are we doing something crazy? Got idea references or examples?
