Hi, I'm Pete...

I’m an occasional pro photographer working in the Bristol food and drink scene. I've been shooting people on-and-off for about 7 years now and use MM (though mostly PP!) to showcase my portraiture / figure & artistic work and to connect with potential collaborators.

I’m usually based in central Bristol and have my own well equipped studio, though I'd like to be working on location more.

I hope that my work shows something of my subjects personality. It’s definitely a worn out cliché, but the best images often come from those ‘in between’ moments. I like to work with people who are relaxed and confident and who are happy to let their real personality sneak out!

I believe in creating a friendly working environment, developing ideas through pre-shoot discussions, being willing to experiment and being at ease with yourself. I think that these elements are really important for creating a productive shooting experience.
