About Me

This has been an interesting year to say the least.

In my first season of pursuing this project, I focused primarily on women of color. In my second season, I focused primarily on caucasian women and the reaction to the change in model selection was somewhat disturbing…to say the least.

But even more disturbing have been some recent accusations that I am intentionally copying the style of another photographer’s work.

The original motivation to pursue my visions were inspired by a photographer who has been fighting for the First Amendment rights in artistic nude photography for many years.  He is not the photographer in question.

My goal has never been to intentionally copy anyone’s style and if creative visions did cross paths, I would hope that a mature, mutual respect among artists would be forged based on similar interests, rather than fanning the flames of petty, ego based negativity, fueled by underlying gossip.

I will continue to work with those who appreciate the challenge and artistic value of my work.

I will report any future comments/messages denigrating my work to the moderators.

I will not discuss this topic again.

On a much brighter note…I just purchased a new home.

My apologies to all the models with whom I was not able to photograph, due to the countless weekends spent with realtors searching for the right property.

God willing, we will get together next summer.

Thank you to all who have supported this project.

Thank you to all the models and viewers who have supported this endeavor.

This project is my passion and is not about nudity for nudity's sake, but about incorporating the beauty and strength of the female form into settings that celebrate it's empowerment.

The focus of this work will be on capturing the female form from unique perspectives utilizing NYC landscapes as the backdrop.

Although I have thus far focused on women of color, I welcome models of all races, as there is beauty and pride in all.

The initial goal of this project will be a NYC art gallery exhibition.

This project has been in hiatus over the winter, but will be back in full effect this Spring.

Once again, thank you to all.
