Helene learned to crochet at the age of 10 and immediately fell in love with the craft. Crocheting became her favorite past time throughout her teens and early adult years. In that time she worked on numerous projects and taught herself new stitches and techniques.

Helene wanted to experiment in creating women’s apparel. She tried her hand at making a swimsuit in 2007. It made a buzz amongst family, friends and random strangers. It was in that moment that Helene realized this could be more than a hobby. She began working towards building her company and brand.

Envy BVI was established in 2008.

Helene has showcased her work at fashion shows in the USA as well as back in British Virgin Islands. She has a love for bright colors and exotic designs and draws inspiration from her Caribbean culture.

Helene is looking forward to networking with Photographers, Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist & Models in 2009 to create outstanding images. Limited TFP/TFCD will be accepted!!
