Hey there Mayhem!

My name is Be' and I'm an artist. Make up, music, writing, daydreaming, doodling, reading, art exhibiting all in the search and creation of art.

I joined Model Mayhem to meet models, photographers and wardrobe stylists interested in just that. I love working with inspired, creative yet PROFESSIONAL people. I enjoy the energy of a photo shoot, but I've come to love the simple one concept shoots where you go in knowing what you what and I just adore the spontaneous moments you get in the heat of things.

I started doing make up behind the counter to support myself in school and fell right in love with everything beauty. I'm also an Aesthetician with a crazy obsession with skin...  I currently work for Smashbox, Benefit and Ardyss brands.

At the time I am limiting my TF for models who are so interestingly beautiful I want to gag and crazy ass concepts that will ELEVATE my port.

I do not work for free, so I do charge a kit fee for all TF* or PAID work, unless it's for guaranteed mag. tear sheets.  This covers false lashes, makeup products and etc...Makeup isn't free or cheap! I do light hair styling only (if you are looking for extensive hair fashion, please hire a seperate hairstylist). I'm also a Smashbox Cosmetics PRO artist.

I stay at shoots as long as needed. I ask to receive raw and/or retouched images in a CD or emailed in high resolution for my print portfolio with the selection of my choice within 1-2 weeks after the shoot. (1-2 images of your choice will not be considered FAIR)

RATES: If you have a project in mind that you want to include in your portfolio, please be as specific as possible! I like to know exactly what I'm working with because sometimes, the price may vary depending on the challenges of each assignment and materials needed to create your look(s). My rates are BEYOND reasonable, so do inquire!

TRAVEL: Rarely ever a problem as most jobs are located in the Chicago... However, if I am EVER to travel over 45 minutes away, please know that you will be charged an additional fee... TF* JOBS INCLUDED!!! Not only is my time valuable, but GAS IS TOO! especially we're in a recession and it ain't cheap.

A note to models to help make things easier on all involved:
» Be prepared for your shoot.
» Come with your clean face freshly washed and moisturized (oil-free lotion). It is imperitive that you take care of your look - that is part of your job as a model and it saves so much time on set.
» Come w/ clean eyebrows. If I have to shape your eyebrows, I will charge YOU!
» If the shoot is outdoors and you must use sunblock, use it at least 45 minutes prior to shooting to prevent glare.
» Come with your hair pulled back in a pony tail if it is long, to keep it off of your face while I work.
» Payment for my services must be made upfront before any services are rendered. I'm tired of working a long hard day and then waiting an extra 30 minutes while you run to the bank to get cash. I only accept cash, NO CHECKS - checks POSSIBLY accepted if we've worked together previously or it is from a reputable company.
» If you have any questions, just ask.
» Lastly, let's remember to have fun.  I'm in love with what I do and I'm assuming you are as well.

*I give credit to all photographers, models, and other stylists involved, I expect the SAME from them.
