Hey MMers,

I've noticed that there's a lot of lip service and very little critiquing happening on this site, so I thought I'd create a profile to fill that non-existent dialogue.  Please don't think that this is a self indulgent, holier-than-thou, ego stroking endeavor on my part.  My intentions are not to put people down but rather lend a critical eye to aid in creative growth and development.  As creatives, we should be open to our ever changing potential.  I would never have gotten to a level of professionalism without the feedback of my peers.  By providing some productive criticism, I hope to help with the growth of others as well as myself.

About the crit:

I've been shooting for 10 years and have a BFA from Ryerson University for cinema studies.  I'm a self taught photographer who's worked for national magazines, marketing firms, advertisers and clients such as Clinique, Dior and Holts Renfrew.  I started off shooting fashion but now shoot mostly editorial and advertising.

The work displayed on this profile is very old and shot when I was a fresh, green shooter.  My current work can be seen at my website.  If I've left you a crit and you're thinking, 'who the fuck is this guy to tell me what's what?!?!', take a click over and take a look at my work...
