"Coming from a hot climate island like Malta was not easy for me to shoot in the cold winter UK weather, but Jonathan was a real gentleman in preparing a warm internal space in his studio where I could change and where we did the last part of the shoot. The outdoor areas of the Studio are incredibly unique and although it was cold for me I could not miss out on using the outdoor spaces. Shooting with his fabulous sports car – Lotus Eloise – in the private driveway was a must have opportunity and Jonathan was helpful and creative throughout the shoot, climbing up and down ladders and using all the possible spaces around. Jonathan has created a detailed contrast between my outfits, the car and the surrounding background. The river side of the property offered another special location with a bridge over the slipway overlooking the river Thames and ‘sunbathing’ in the few minutes of sun on the sundeck along the river was a onetime occasion. Shooting on the inside of the riverside cottage, Jonathan was generously accommodating and we could be very creative together with the choice of my outfits and his impromptu props taken up from the site itself. The end result is a collection of numerous photos to choose from which even though unedited they already look exquisitely perfect.
