If you want to reach me directly or need to send me images, my email address is [email protected]
Please remember to include your Mayhem# in the email so I can refer to your profile/port here!

I am available for commercial, fashion, artistic and character photography, as well as solo, paired, nude and costume art modeling.  If you book a paired art-modeling session, I will bring someone I am comfortable posing with.

Photographers - I am always looking to update my headshot and improve my fashion portfolio.

Artistic Photographers - Art is worth my time and my time is worth money, but I can make time for fun.  If its something I'd like to hang on my wall, I might also be open to collaborate.

If you dont have a budget, pitch me your fun or creative idea. Note: Bodypaint is fun. Firearms are fun. Explosions and fire are fun. Wild and crazy things are fun. Injuries are not.

Artists - I am a professional art model, and I charge for it.  Depending on the intended selling price of a piece, I may consider working for commission or trade for goods or services.

(oil painting by Patrick Whelan http://www.whelangalleries.com priced - $28k)
When I work with other models, we are more than the sum of our parts.  Paired rates are negotiable, though typically twice the normal rate.

Nude rates are higher and I'm selective about who I shoot with.  Art reference photos negotiable.

The Art Model Place is a website I created that functions a bit like MM, but it is a business community that specifically serves traditional (non-photographic) fine-art.  If you hire models that hold the pose for hours at a time while you sketch, paint or sculpt, then this community was built for you.  Likewise if you're a model who poses for more than the camera.

Note: If you make an artist profile, please don't sound like a photographer.
I am the Dave, and I will go the extra mile.
Modeling takes more than just standing in place. It requires strength, agility, endurance, and often a willingness to get into painful positions or do crazy things.  Whether you're trying to balance a back-bending ballerina on your knees, or standing in a freezing downpour while lights are adjusted, sometimes the model has to be willing to endure the pain or discomfort for hours while the perfect shot is set up and achieved.

  I am.
I am an art model, welder, sculptor, photography model, jack of all trades.  I enjoy photography modeling because with a bit of effort, you can make images that make people wonder.

I've been working as an art model for about 6 years, and I'm good at it.  I can hold an uncomfortable pose for hours if need be, and I'll be fine afterwards (as a contortionist, you might be surprised at what I deem comfortable).  I am very good at noting my positions so as to regain the exact pose after a break.  I understand how difficult it is on the artist when the pose slowly changes as the model gets tired or uncomfortable.

I hold myself to the same standard of professionalism that I expect from the artists and photographers that I work with, so if you book with me you can count on me to be there on time, ready to work.

I'm a jack-of-all-trades.  If you have a studio space but no studio, I can help you build one.  Here's the last studio I worked on.
