I am owner of refleKTion salon in the lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. KTP (Katie Prendergast) has worked in the hair industry for over 10 years holding positions at prestigious, upscale salons throughout the Chicago-land area for the past eight years including: Mario Triccoci, Brian Michaels and Frank Gironda. chosen as a Redken Color Educator at the age of 24, KTP was one of the youngest educators for that prestigious brand before moving to TIGI and more recently O&M.

After successfully creating a large client following through hard work and dedication KTP has now set her sights on helping the next generation of stylists and entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams by opening her own unique chain of intimate, boutique style salons.  Dedicated to educating other stylists, KTP, has trained numerous associates who now make her talented team.
