I'm a creative director for an online advertising company, but I'm thinking of switching gears to do more photography.

I'm still pretty new to the serious-about-photography thing, so I'd love to hear your comments about my work.

I'm going to be setting up some more serious shoots toward the end of spring, so I'm looking to put together a strong team of models, stylists, hair & makeup.
