You will be provided with a copy of all photos on a USB or CD (I will provide the USB or CD for a price or you may use your own. Prices vary depending on what size USB and how many copies of CD's are needed).

Licensed Esthetician, Medical Aesthetician.
Certified: MUA, Temporary Lash Extensions, Waxing, Laser, Advanced Exfoliation, using only professional grade products. Hair will be done by me. 

I am available for work as a model, as well as work to provide cosmetics, photography, hair, makeup and esthetic services for clients.

My clients must sign a consent form that will be notarized. Clients pay for notarization.

My availability for me to model for a photographer: Fashion, Artistic, Print Work, Tutorials, Fitness, Implied, Bridal, Swimwear, Hair, Makeup, Airbrush Makeup, Day look, Evening look, Marketing, Lingerie, Glamour.

Absolutely NO Nude photos, or Fetish.

I will apply the makeup with either my material or you may bring yours, and hair will be done by me.

Photography for events for clients: (not for my personal port) Same as above, rates apply - will vary per event. Cash preferred or PayPal. Must be paid up front.

-Certified Nurses Aide/Patient Care Tech
-Licensed Esthetician: Practicing Esthetics/Aesthetics, Makeup, Lashes, Waxing, Skin Consultation, Many more additional services.

-For professional services, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion's, facials, skin regimen, etc, I have 2 locations, one in Skokie, IL and Chicago, IL.

-Pursuing Nursing Degree (Expected grad date-2016) for use of injectables under a physicians supervision.
-Experienced photographer, rates vary for events. Again, must be paid up front.
-For my personal portfolio, it will be TFP plus one free professional service of your choice.
