About Me
I started my love of the human figure in art modeling for my mother's figure drawing group as young teen. Now days I prefer to be on the artist's side of the canvas. I work mostly in pastels for the human figure and watercolors for landscapes and flowers. I have recently been trying to explore the human figure in watercolors. I'd really like to connect more with local artists and models. I'd love to set up a figure drawing/painting group like my mother had. All the artists took turns either modeling for the group. It was economical, but it also helps your art by learning from the model's perspective. They work hard.
I've also been doing some body painting over the last few years. I'd love to do more body painting. I'm interested in comic book characters, abstracts, animals, most anything you can come up with. I do ask for a little help with material costs on time for pictures/CD work. Usually pretty minimal unless your concept requires special materials. Credit Notes
