About Me

I am a portrait/headshots photographer shooting in B&W and Color. I love to shoot with natural light, concentrating on the mood and unique characteristics of a subject and bringing out their inner beauty. I am open to all sorts of creative ideas.

Originally from Brooklyn, I spent the last 12+ years working in photography related fields. First I worked as a photographer relations rep for a stock photo agency. While learning the business end of things,  I began photographing actors headshots for extra income. This experience led to shooting publicity stills for 29th Street Rep, an experimental off-broadway theater troupe in Manhattan. During the last few years I spent in NY, I ran a small gallery/studio called "Bulb" in the now hip Brooklyn neighborhood of Bushwick, just beyond Williamsburg.

I experiment with film, pinhole photography, polaroid emulsion transfers, color cross process and other alternative photographic mediums.  Nowadays, I shoot mostly digital.

I have been a resident of Henderson, NV, near Las Vegas, for the past year. I want to concentrate on shooting commercial portraits with a slight fashion/documentary spin. I want to get work from this site as well as meet new photographers, models and other attention-seekers. While I prefer to get paid for my skills, I'm willing to do TFP/TFCD to update my portfolio with unique looking people that are personable, dedicated and professional like me.
