I am a dancer, a dance teacher, a florist, a sculptor, a drummer, a vocalist, an electronic musician, a producer, a jeweler, a painter, a guitar player, a stained glass maker, a costume and clothing designer, a rug maker, a gardener, a cook, a festival coordinator, a set designer, graphic designer, a sound girl, or whatever I creatively feel like today.  I am a dreamer...

I am an artist of all mediums.  I want to create community, unity, and stimulate higher thought and consciousness through all that I do.  I want to promote love and hope through creative expression.  I feel we are anything we say we are and our mind, body, and soul is capable of much more than we give it credit for.  I am extreme and believe anything is possible.  I believe that the world is mystical not logical.  I believe in collective consciousness and that our thoughts breed the events of the future. 

I began dancing at the age of 2 1/2.  I have studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip hop, and stunting throughout my life and taught many courses in each.  I love incorporating the elements of air and fire in dance primarily using fire props and flowing fabrics to invoke the emotions and ideas associated with infinity and ancient connection to the earth.

I have also been a visual artist ever since I can remember which originated with drawing and painting.  I received a degree in sculpture working in the mediums of wood and metal which eventually moved into jewelry, stained glass, floral design, set design, clothing/costume design, and then fashion shows, productions, and festival coordination.

Several years ago I timidly picked up a guitar and now have been playing guitar, singing, playing the Ashiko drum I made, recording and producing electronic music, and song writing ever since.

When I perform, I like to incorporate as many of these skills as possible into the performance to give the viewer/listener as full a sensory experience as I can.  I want people to feel as if they have stepped into another world when the come to a performance.  I want people to feel inspired and filled with hope and happiness.  I seek out what is different, unique, and prefer the eclectic because being what is truly real and individual is being truly you.  For me, there is only one way to live and that is as the artist that I am.
