Karolina Luisoni studied fashion design at the Krakow School of Art and then continued her education in the field of costumes and textiles at the University of Huddersfield, England.
In 2013, her final project earned her a special prize awarded by the English actor Sir Patrick Stewart and awards from "Northern Society of Costumes and Textiles".
Karolina is also one of the winners of the international competition organized in 2015 by Luc Besson for his next film "Valerian and the City of thousand planets "; the costume she designed will appear in the film.
She designed and made costumes for various theatre and opera productions,  museum exhibitions in Switzerland and England. It also specializes in the fields of printing, dyeing and distressing tissues.
Since 2015 she is  involved with the Opéra de Lausanne, where she works as a costume maker and dresser.

I believe both my fashion and costume degree make me unique designer with ability to mix costume history with a modern fashion and create exciting results. I am confident and creative person. My strengths are accuracy and precision a good eye for detail and colour.
