About Me

I'm a 500 E-RYT Master Teacher, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga.
A yoga instructor for over 10 years, I've been practicing for about 15...  Trained in Hatha yoga I practice a variety of styles, though favor Vinyasa~
I'm an artist, especially love figure and portrait, drawing and painting. 

I've been blessed with amazing and abundant travels, and developed a love for photography in the process.
