I am a self taught photographer. I have self taught myself photography since March 2005 when I acquired my first SLR - a Minolta 7000.

Shortly after, I bought myself a Minolta 5D digital SLR which gave me all the benefits of digital photography - the ability to take hundreds of photos in one go, to be able to delete photographs on the field which can't be saved and to not have the limitations of film - up to 36 shots at once and huge development costs.

My personal web site, http://www.dpw-photography.co.uk mainly has architecture photography, however I am breaking into modelling photography now that I am a more confident photographer.

To start off with, I took some self portraits on the self timer to find out what it is like to be in front of my camera, I then went onto asking friends to pose for me.

I would like this web site to promote my photography and reach further to the Model community, as well as using it as a platform for people to view and criticise my work.
