Hi all

My name is Scott, i reside in Scotland. I have recently started phtography as a hobby, this year, when I got my hands on my DSLR, a Nikon D40. This was in a bid to discover my creative streak that seemed to have been lost. I'm loving every moment of it. I have met and spoken to so many interesting people through this hobby so far.

I don't think I have aquired a style yet, but i see that as a good thing for the moment. I do like portraits of people going about their day or night and also slightly dark off-beat sexy images. My goal is to create my own style that I would notice and like if I hadn't created it and that makes someone think about the image rather than just looking at it. I like all comments, they are welcome whatever their content!

I take influence from everything around me that catches my eye or even better my thoughts. These inclue asrtists such as Salvador Dali, Alfons Mucha, H.R.Geiger, Gil Elvgren. Film makers; Quentin Tarantino, Tim Burton, The Coen Brothers, Michael Mann. People; my friends, family, particulary those that pose questions and generally anyone that creates somethings that makes me pause to think. Other things such as tattoo artists, Anthony Robbins and on and on.....
