Let me start by saying, Photography has been a passion of mine since I was about 16 and I am now 22. It has been and still is a dream of mine to be a well known photographer one day. I have not specifically done any paid shots yet, but I have helped out people whom have wanted to model with giving them there photos as long as they don’t mind working for free as well. Now once I have more money this will most certainly not always be the case.

When I shoot I like to try my hardest to capture that moment for what it is worth weather it be something I can take over and over because the model is willing to hold that pose, or something I can only capture once before it goes away. In which my case is not so easy today’s world has gone digital and I still use film by Choice. I find it holds more true since sometimes that one shot is all you get. You can’t go in and delete it and re-do it like a digital, Though I do use digital when I can so I can have photos up online and accessed faster.

I use to work for a Ritz camera so I do know the things in which I would need to know when it comes to camera, though I also know a few tricks not everyone does know about their cameras unless they fully sit down read over it and get to know it. I find if you know your camera and you know the things you need to, you tend to capture more interesting and intense photos. Such as my one named ‘City Night Life’, That was one taken in one shot on a digital camera, and it was NOT altered in anyway shape or form.

I do not mind criticism for I know I am far from the best and can improve my work on different levels, and the way photos are taken, but for what it is worth I love to know ways to better myself. I just ask you not to be rude and out right mean with criticism. When it comes to who I will shot, it always depends on what kind of shot I am looking to do at that moment. I normally will use people from any walk of life to be honest. As of right now most the people that have modeled for me are people that are friends and family. Or at one point in another have asked me to help them further their portfolio because they like what they have seen.
