Dan McKechnie is a freelance photographer, journalist, designer and artist. He enjoys all manner of photography, but leans toward work with a gritty, urban feel. Comes from living in an industrial town.

Dan shoots his photos with a Nikon D200 DSLR, Nikon F3 35mm SLR and a Bronica ETRSi medium-format SLR. His films of choice are Fujipro 160H/C, Fujipro 400H/C, and Ilford HP5 400 and Delta 3200. He would love to experiment with large-format landscape and architechtural photography. Dan wishes he had a D700.
