Born and raised in the small town of Berwick (population 147), Ontario, Ellie began experimenting with make-up at the age of four. If it was not playing Cabbage Patch, it was make up keeping her busy. Soon enough, she was known for putting on make up shows where she insisted on matching blue eye shadow from lash to brow and red lipstick that strangely resembled the colour of cheek hue she loved. As the middle child between two professional wrestling obsessed brothers, she had to find alternative ‘customers’ for her passion. While in grade 2, she was sent home by the principal when caught exchanging face painting for Fruit Roll-Ups behind the school supply shed. It was then she realized she needed to take her talent elsewhere. Wanting more, Ellie moved to Ottawa for 9 years where she worked as a freelance artist for theater productions, fashion shows, modeling agencies, and weddings. She also spent two years working for MAC Cosmetics where she credits that she gained the majority of her professional experience. Now residing in Vancouver, she is always searching for new and exciting project to work on. Ellie can be seen featured in such family videos as “Phil’s Camping Adventures” and “Reunion of ‘96”.

i like to take things that occur in an ordinary day and make them extraordinary.
