About Me

Finding/meeting new models to net-work with and work with and shooting new models are part of the many elements of the passion I have for this Conceptual/Photographic art.  On these types of self-promotional productions, the shooting is sometimes arranged on the bases of a trade of services TFP (modeling for photography and / or CD), which is worked out between the model and myself before the shoot (a signed model release along with a photo ID is required for all shoots).  The images will be used in the manner upon which the model and I agreed on, prior to the shoot.

Conceptual/Photographic Fine art is making a statement about an idea or concept through visual images. The final art piece many times it involves multiple images, layers of textures, digital painting and a lot of digital art. Many times it may take months before; a finished Conceptual Art Piece is finished.  After the shoot, within a week you will receive email with a link to my proofing website. This site is password protected and on you have access to the images.  You can make any immediate sections from and identifying your favorites, and a copy of the final production piece(s) when finished. After you make your selections and share them with me, I try to turn your selections around with in a few weeks.  You will be able to download your favorite selections directly from the website to your computer. No more lost emailed images or waiting for a Cd that’s in the mail, only to not open on your computer, a finished art piece does take longer.

So if you have read this far please read on, but be ware I do not pay models on our first test shoot!  Though I realize this is not the case for many amateur or novice photographers, it rarely should be the case for professionals. Amateur and novice photographers are learning a craft and a lot of crap is learned before they produce anything of value that you as a model can use.  All my models are paid for commercial shoots; when we both are getting paid for an assignment or production, this again is agreed upon before the shoot. If you are considering doing a shoot, email a few recent photos of yourself, (yes I even accept cell phone images taken in the bathroom mirror or while you were flying down the highway to your next shoot*) along with your stats, modeling interests, (please include a working telephone number that you can be reached at) your age, location (City/State), and a brief note if you’re interested in my photography rates for a modeling shoot to: [email protected] or call 913.221.1780.

A quick note: Conceptual Photographic, B&W Fine Art, Glamour, is typically not related to the commercial or the fashion industry, although my avant-garde art style is getting more and more attention.  As such, there are no height requirements for working with me; I photograph all sizes, body styles, ages, ethic groups, and personalities, (LGBT) friendly.  Please be advised that sometimes implied nudity is obviously required for this genre, if you are just simply modest, shy or have a possessive partner, there is always a work around solution, if you have that GREAT LOOK!  Chaperons’ are welcome.
* Only nincompoops’ drive and shoot!
