(I am presently in Milano, Italy. I currently divide my time between Toronto,  Milano, and New York, NY where my heart will always be!)

My name is Anita. I  primarily trained in theater and TV/Film studies. I am a 40 year old woman! I may be old in age but young at heart, in body, soul and mind.  I have an exotic face, which when captured correctly -can look either elegant or androgynous, animated or sultry,  innocent or provocative, silly or coy. I am a petite framed woman with an athletic body sculpted from years of sports and running and I have a grace and posture from dancing Salsa. Although at times I am hysterically clumsy and silly.

I am 100% Italian blooded, but made in Canada.
I hold dual citizenship Italian and Canadian and I hold both Italian/Canadian Passports, a Recent transplant from New York, I am constantly traveling between Milano, where the love of my life is, Canada where my family is and New York where my heart is.

I am no longer agency represented and have taken to freelance work.
I love modeling. I enjoy the overall effort and creativity of it all and I especially enjoy the silliness I bring to it, the professionalism I approach it with and the glamour of being made up.  I love beautiful photos and I try not to take myself too seriously.

I am always interested in building  my portfolio and I am always interested in creative projects whether for designers, make-up artists or hair stylists as it helps me grow as an artist and individual and it provides an outlet for creativity and dreaming!  Anyone interested in working with me please feel free to contact me.

I repeat, I am a 40 year old WOMAN. This  does not mean that I am any less of what notions age-ism in contemporary society has filled us with, instead in means perhaps I am more. More of the girl I was and more of the woman I have grown into and the one I continue growing to be.  I am myself and this is what I look like. If you believe in talent, and ideas and endless creativity, age should be irrelevant but I am aware of the limitations of age and have a mature face give to a youthful industry such as the fashion industry. But remember as there are many young people who love fashion, there are also woman and older woman who love fashion.  I am not ashamed of my age altough Italy makes me feel old, and New York is where I felt most young and spirited.  I try not to let prejudices or age discriminations or judgements hinder my path towards happiness or success.  Time is relative.
If you challenge me in my efforts, strengths, dreams, many talents, passions and determination,  you are in  actuality challenging my very essence. I will listen, heed to any constructive advice but  I will wane from any negativity and go out of my way to prove you wrong. I believe in myself, I believe in the end,  that is all that matters.

I am grounded in who I am but there is still so much more to learn about myself, the world and my place in it.  I am full of warmth, love, affection, openness, compassion, understanding and unlimited empathy.  When working with me, I will exude these things and they should not be be taken for granted, mistaken for naivete, or ignorance, vulnerability or weakness, or you will see a very different side of me, dark and tempestuous. I am a curious individual, if I do not know something, I will ask. I do not pretend to be perfect, although I have strived to be in the past, an error as perfection does not exist and limits are very capabilities of being free. I do not claim to know everything, though I will try damn hard to convince you I do...lol.  I only intend to be professional, and achieve greatness and balance for my soul  If you are tooooo serious, I will go out of my way to try to make you smile and perhaps even laugh. I am silly that way.

I can't always get to everyone's tags and comments, but I appreciate them all and know that if I don't get around to thanking you, that the simple gesture of you making a comment or tag on one of my photos puts a little smile of gratitude on my face, So Thank-you...

NOTE 4: ON SHOOTING NUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not interested  in shooting anymore artistic nudes. I don't enjoy it. I have, in the past, worked with select photographers on nude work but that doesn't mean I am open to do it... SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.  I much prefer being clothed however little that may be and at times it's very little but I LOVE the subtlety of what a little clothing can say....implied is beautiful, if done tastefully...but thank-you to all those who have taken interest AND EVEN THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO REPEATEDLY IGNORE THIS STATEMENT AND ASK ME TO SHOOT NUDE. I am flattered but please REST ASSURED THAT IF I WISH TO SHOOT ANY ARTISTIC NUDES, I WILL FIND YOU, THE APPROPRIATE PHOTOGRAPHER, TO CAPTURE MY NAKED SELF. I PROMISE YOU THAT
