About Me

My name is Chris and I have done some Fitness Modeling for Muscletech. I have been in many magazines such as Fitness Rx, Men's Exercise, Men's Fitness , Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness and Maximum Fitness. I found this site through some friends in the industry and thought I would check out the site. I have been into the fitness industry for 20 years and just love it. I have been able to change my body from 8% to to 4 % in just just a few weeks ( with my friends at Muscletech ) and have competed naturally in 3 shows. ( one 2 nd place and two 1 st place )

Not sure what is next but I thought this site would be a great way to see what's out there.
