Intro

Welcome to the profile of BroMar Photography.  I'm here to gain experience and help others gain experience also.  After shooting for a year, I've focused on Fashion, Editorial, and Commercial Advertising as far as my presence here is concerned.  Away from this site, I focus on Wedding photography.  I have no interest in "traditional" portrait work, animals, or events/parties (other than those receptions of the weddings I work).

TF Work

I'm always interested in TF work, just not interested in ANY and EVERYBODY's TF work.  So please read this carefully and take it with a grain of salt: If you ask me for TF work, I review your portfolio here on Model Mayhem.  If after reviewing your port here, and I'm NOT impressed by what I see, I will simply message you with "My apologies, but I woefully decline your TF offer at this time".  Please don't ask me to explain myself all accusingly in anger because I declined.  If you want (and can handle) constructive criticism, I'll be more than glad to share.  But our choices are OUR choices and no one should be made to feel bad for them.  I will sometimes provide hair, wardrobe styling and/or makeup for my TF shoots. 

Casting Calls

From time to time, when my schedule allows, I will have casting calls for a certain type of shoot.  Normally they will be open to all, will be TF, and will be for a number of models.  I had one open for "A Day of Headshots" that booked quickly.  I will be repeating this sort of thing soon, and often.  I would definitely like your ideas and input for the next one.  Feel free to leave me a message and/or tag.


Friend Requests

Something peculiar about me: I DO NOT accept Friend Requests from people whom I haven't personally interacted with.  I decline them and then add you to my favorites.  After we've spoken extensively, or worked together, I'll add you as a friend. Why am I so persnickety?  I always say that the people on my Friend's list are my references.  And you can contact any of them, by message here on MM, regarding my expertise, quality, and/or character.  And how would you know what to tell someone if you've never interacted with me?


Rates

My rates are on a case-by-case basis.  "Why?" you ask; because all shoots are different.  1-hour of shooting here in my "Home" studio is a lot different than 1-hour of shooting on a hot beach with water spray, humidity, and sand.  Capiche?
