About Me

I'm a semi-professional photographer in the DC area with a strong background in landscape, B&W, and digital photography. I am currently doing some work for the Smithsonian recording their orchid collection, and have been published frequently in that area. The 2016 Smithsonian Orchid Catalogue is primarily my work.

Currently I'm expanding my horizons and have spent a significant effort polishing my work trying to capture truly beautiful fine art pictures of many different models. I'm not a traditional photographer in the sense of instructing a model where and how to pose, but try to work with them and find that perfect light, expression and natural beauty.  I'm available for a few select TF efforts and would love to work with the right models in developing that truly unique portfolio.
