I began my career as an active photographer in the 1970's.  Initially i worked for a local newspaper in my teens and was first published nationally in People Magazine, October 1974.  Looking back now my friends say I was like the kid in the film " Almost Famous ", except with a camera.  I shifted focus and formed a successful real estate company in 1988 which has allowed me the freedom of dual careers. 

As the samples show my images are focused on people, and i work in both black and white and color.  My images are very distinct and my earlier as well as current work has appeared  in Vanity Fair, Men's VOGUE China, WESTPORT Magazine, Automobile, Eating Well, Bedford and Ridgefield Magazines. I have had the opportunity to work with former models, and ordinary woman who just happen to be extraordinarly beautiful.  Many of my subjects are as well known as are the locales.  I accept Fashion, Editorial, Advertising and Web based assignments in the Connecticut and New York area.  I do travel to other parts of the United States often.

I tend to work without artificial lighting and props for a more real, natural look. I can easily adapt to shoot in close quarters anywhere.  The images shown represent the decision of the subject in terms of comfort level , everyone has a different level and that is clearly followed , always.  I am based in Fairfield County, Connecticut.  Please visit my main site,
