About Me
Welcome. My name is Manzell J. Lyles, owner of MJL Photos. I currently live in Brooklyn, New York, but originally from Louisiana. I have not fully set up for photography yet, but I will be looking for models to build my portfolio. I started out and mainly specialize in portraiture, glamour, fashion, and location photography. (I will update my port with new images; the current ones show wedding, portrait, and senior images. I am still finishing my move, but needed to update as I keep getting requests from people in Cincinnati, where I am no longer located). I was a member of PPofLA, the Professional Photographers of Louisiana for some time. I also have done some graphic design and retouching for the photo lab I worked in for four years. I try to incorporate design elements into my photos as well. I love both Black & White and color photography. I enjoy not only creating images but also learning more about the individual so I can bring their personality out on my prints. I am trying to offer photography with a personal touch. I hope to hear from you soon.
