A little about myself,

I have been shooting for over a decade, and I it only seems like yesterday when I first picked up a camera.  Photography drives me.  It is my true passion.  I live,breathe, and sleep photography.  Some of my influences include the late Gordon Parks  (I can relate to his life's struggles. He is truely amazing and he will be missed.) The late Herb Ritts (who doesn't like Herb Ritts, his B/W work is still outstanding, Mark Seliger and  Annie Leibovitz whom I have both had the honor of meeting. I wish I had the ability to concept like Mark Seliger.  The way he builds scenes and captures celebs is also amazing.  And of course Annie Leibovitz, she doens't hold anything back (Hey Annie if you read this, I'm still at it!) I like her style and her courage to try new approaches to photography.  Now I don't hold myself to any one particular style of photography mainly because I like too many different things.  Maybe if I'm lucky I'll find my own style, but for now I will continue to do my thing.  My goal is to shoot and build a network of industry friends.  After I get a good porfollio going, I will shop it around and see what happens.  I have been concentrating on weddings and looking forward to getting back into fashion. Who says you can't do both.  Model Mayhem is the place to be so here I am.
