I am Amanda Ellis, a fitness and wellness lifestyle enthusiast from Atlanta, Georgia, and mother of a gorgeous 4 year old boy.

Early on I learned that there was a strong correlation between exercising and maintaining a positive outlook on day to day life.  It was a revelation I ignorantly assumed everyone made at one point or another. Eating right and exercising became a passion and through life's "twists and turns" I always learned new ways to stay active and eat properly so I could keep my mind and body at its best. Over time, however, I realized that not everyone made this correlation and some that did had no idea where to start or how to change for the better! Immediately my passion for health and fitness expanded into a passion for helping other people as well.
