I have just represented Ireland at a number of World Finals and International Pageants!
Miss America Dream Uk and Europe held in November in London, which was an amazing event with loads of papparazzi! when i walked out on the catwalk i couldn't see anything from all the camera flashes!!!

Miss Swimsuit World Finals held in Mexico in December, held in a 5* all inclusive Barcelo Beach Resort in Playa del Carmen! At the end of the week we put on a big show where we had to do a choreograhped dance whic of course on the night i got completely wrong ha ha!! We had 4am sunrise photo shoots and pituresque sunset photo shoots and fresh gucamole everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner in my case!

Tropic Beauty World Finals held in the MGM Las Vegas in January where we were limousined everywhere and taken to the amazing Circe de Soleil show 'Beatles Love' which was out of this world!! where the finger food was fresh crab, lobster and fresh fruit and cheeses of the world, no bombay mix or doritos for us! ha ha! We had castings for TV shows and Jewellery Designers as well as getting to watch the high rollers win and loose hundreds of thousands at a time!

I am going to Miss Global International in Jamaica in September, all representing Ireland and i cant wait! I have to wear 'national dress' in one of the rounds so that will be exciting!

I am also going to Monaco for the Grand Prix and the Cannes Film festival to Model!

I have been lucky enough to acquire many sponsors from Irish companies and Artists, Baby B Brown tanning products, Sprakle Mode swimwear, Finnola Burke a young designer from Dublin who appeared on Project Runway, and Keris Weir the celebrity hair dresser who won the E4 television programme ‘The Great British Hairdresser’, who has done the hair of such celebs as Kate Moss, Nicole Scherzinger, Pamela Anderson to name just a few! Keris travelled with me to Las Vegas and did my hair and make up for the entire wk, how lucky am I! Keris has been an amazing help and mentor! Being a tom boy I had no idea about hair and makeup and she is slowly but surely teaching me, with the help of D.J Griffin and Jonathon Mckelvey the dynamic hair and makeup duo!

This all started, when I was asked to compete in the Face of Ireland competition last year, I didn’t win but the competition gave me the confidence, contacts and the know how to push myself further, and I now run the Face of Ireland for County Derry, Down, Armagh and Antrim!

Many of my school friends must be shocked at what I'm doing now it took me a while to ‘grow into my looks’, I was teased in school about being so tall and skinny having fuzzy hair etc, but being an athlete year round since I could walk up until my last year of high school that preoccupied me and gave me little time to be upset.


I am very passionate about everything health, fitness and making the human body better! I got my degree in Sport & Exercise Science from University of Ulster and instead of going the tradition route of teaching PE or working in a gym etc. I've decided to stay out of the "corporate" world in order to have a fun and free lifestyle. Now I share my knowledge of personal training and health tips, and distribute Herbalife weightloss products as well as travel the world modelling and competing in Bikini contests and pageants.

After graduating from college, I loved the idea of being "self-employed" and working when I wanted to/needed to. I've come full circle with putting everything together that I love. The love for being an athlete with fitness modelling, which in turn brings in personal training and health talk and I have now arrived at being completely "self-employed" and work for an amazing company called Herbalife.

It’s really since taking their products and taking my life in hands with yoga and healthy eating that my body shape has changed and I have gained the confidence to model and compete in the way I do! I find it also inspires my clients and customers to keep on track also.

I have my own business, as a personal trainer, weightloss coach and Herbalife distributor, Freelance Fitness Model, and I also have a team of 100 distributors who I manage on a daily basis!

Basically, I'm loving life and living the dream. I'm so grateful & thankful every single day for everything that I have: a supportive family, amazing friends, all the other wonderful people in my life, the wonderful opportunities that have come my way, [this list can go on and on]. I believe I am truly blessed and thank God every day for being able to live the life that I am living. I know that this can all be taken all away within a matter of seconds so I do not take anything for granted, however I do enjoy every single second of it while I can.
