Who is Buck Remington?

Buck Remington is the alter ego of Buck Photography (MM#2411275); rather, the photographic incarnate fascinations of a devious mind yearning to escape from a clean cut flesh-vessel. Herein resides the dark, the discomforting, the every depravity of human nature captured as beautifully as possible. Welcome are all manner of fetishists, dark dreamers, and miscreants. Art is not limited to the superfluously beautiful... Beauty can be uneasy, disconcerting, and downright disturbing. This is the home for that part of my mind. Join me. Let's make fantastically beautiful fascinations of disturbia.

By day (and sometimes night), I'm basically a techno-wizard that keeps a nuclear reactor simulator running. When I'm not doing that, there's fairly good odds you'll find a camera in my hand. I've been shooting vanilla journalism and fine art for thirty-plus years, editorial for twenty, and erotic and fetish for just shy of ten years. When I'm not shooting, I'm probably tinkering. I collect and repair antique cameras, I buy broken cameras and frankenstein the parts, I build custom lenses to suit specific purposes, and I'll often shoehorn the wrong film into the wrong camera for shits and giggles. There's a limited bit of my vanilla work here, but I'm trying to keep my 'nilla and fetish work separate now, so if you want to see more of that, just let me know.

Geographically located west of Ashland, halfway between Richmond and Fredericksburg, with occasional travels to Farmville and PA.
