Cortnie Pedraza (CAP The Model) started modeling when she was twelve. At fifteen, she was scouted by model agencies from California, New York, and Florida, but, unfortunately, unavoidable circumstances would not permit her to travel. She continued to build experience modeling, and eventually moved to Austin, Texas at twenty-two. Cortnie began shooting with local photographers such as Phillip Leech, Lucas Brilliott, John Paul, and others. It opened doors for her to walk in fashion shows for designers like Sabra Johnson, Ross Bennett, Pretty Pretty Rebel, Robyn Marie, and Couture By Calley. Cortnie is twenty-four and still lives in Austin, and continues to move forward and excel in the industry.
