About Me

Primarily an Artist. Check out my other profiles below in my top friends section.
Physique Illustration, MiguelAngel Modarte and Fashion Illustration 2.

I do photography as TRADE for models who pose for my Drawings/ART.
Illustrator. Always willing to do TRADE with those who strike my visual interest.
Only draw from my own photos, unless it's a commission.

SKYPE* DRAWING SESSION takes about 1 hour, 6-8 quick sketches (3-5min. each), then take a screen shot of each pose, which I will ONLY use later as reference to finish the drawing. Photos are never published. If we do nudes, you will have the option to put on your underwear for the photo. Nudity is NEVER REQUIRED, but it is preferred. In exchange, I will send you DIGITAL FILES of all finished drawings. To have a successful Skype/video chat session, model must have a good quality camera, adequate lighting and enough space to move around. Here is a link to samples of my Skype Drawings: http://www.modelmayhem.com/list/608408

LIVE DRAWING Session would last 1.5 hours at the most. 6-8 quick sketches (3-5 min. each), then take a picture each pose, which I will ONLY use later as reference to finish the drawing. Photos are never published. If we do nudes, you will have the option to put on your underwear for the photo. Nudity is NEVER REQUIRED, but it is preferred. In Exchange, you will RECEIVE HIGH RES DIGITAL files of the drawings, which you may use however you like.

**For Poses ideas, please refer to my lists which begin with "Figure Drawing:…".
similar to the fallowing http://www.modelmayhem.com/list/538809.
The pose can be with or without clothes, depending on your comfort level. Model can choose whatever he would like to wear. Always open to model's ideas.

If you have a High Fashion look/proportions, then we could do drawings fully dressed (Fashion Illustrations).

Miguel has consistently been a prolific artist since graduating from Otis Parsons school of design in 1987 with a BFA in Illustration.

Miguel is a Los Angeles - based portrait and figurative painter, muralist, printmaker and illustrator. Miguel incorporates expressionist brushwork and a saturated palette in celebration of the classic latin tradition. His experience as a stylist, designer and a dancer, contribute to the making of every image. Miguel’s accomplishments as a photographer informs the way he creates paintings and prints. When not working from life, Miguel begins by shooting his own photographs on the street, clubs, in studio and elsewhere. Whether working from life or photos, his pieces always create an intimate connection between subject and viewer.
