I am a digital artist with a background in printmaking, mostly silk screen, and have been working as an artist for over 25 years. I began using Photoshop for preparing the positives for creating screens and evolved into getting digital images printed on inkjet or photographic paper. I have had a few shows and individual works in group shows. My earlier work came largely from manipulations of halftone images and some from scanned drawings or drawings created from a blank Photoshop file. In the past 10 years, I have started a couple of different series taken from photographs from a couple of models I hired. I manipulated the photographs and also have projected the manipulated images onto structures and objects. I want to get some more model images and use them for more projections, including images projected onto the models. I am also interested in the process being collaborative, and would encourage the models to have input during the shoots. Another direction my art has taken is fabric and clothing.
