Hello there! My name is Kate. I'm a collector of objects and interests. My passing fancies have left me with collections ranging from 80's prom dresses, vintage nightgowns, antique cameras.. This list could go on for pages. One interest that has never waned is that of photography. I find satisfaction in creating photographs with elements of timeless beauty, and put a piece of myself in every collaborative effort I am a part of. I'm a laid back and silly, which I've heard makes shooting with me a joy, but also super committed to creating images I feel are incredibly special.

If I've reached out to you about trade, or put you on my "model wish list" I am obviously interested in collaborating. I treat trade work with a relaxed attitude. I generally dont work with a team (although the great team at Salon Du Monde has stepped in to help out on extra special occasions). The whole process generally consists of a few emails to iron out dates and times, followed by a casual shoot around New Jersey's beautiful Pine Barrens region. I do not wish to imply that because I carry a relaxed attitude that I do not take this seriously. I take it very seriously and expect that all models I work with bring a certain level of commitment to getting the perfect shot to the table. If you're icked out by traipsing through the woods, getting dirty, and maybe laying on the ground or wading in a pond to get the perfect shot, then I'm not the right photographer for you. 

What you're getting out of all this nonsense: Trade models can expect to receive a set of 4-8 JPEG images from a shoot. No RAW or unedited files will be released. Paying clients will be treated with a little (ok, a lot) more flexibility.

Lastly! To you flakes out there. You make me a SAD PANDA!! I hate to be harsh, but photographers talk, and we're talking about you. Flake on just one or two of us and you'll get a reputation.. like a baaad hussy.

I keep accidentally deleting this list and frankly it's too much of a pain in the ass to keep recompiling. If you are looking for references you can ask anyone in my top friends, or any of the girls you see in my portfolio that I've worked with just how smashing I am. I've worked with many many models, make up artists, wonderful hair stylists, designers, and other photographers. If you want further references ask me and I'll point you in the right direction. People like me and all that, even if it seems like I'm kind of a jerk. Promise.
