These days I do a ton of projects with Lewis Neeff (MM #554884).  We collaborate on ideas and between the two of us, stir up the materials, the locations, and the people, so if you work with us, you'll meet more collaborators (MUA's, Hair, etc.). 

I also often partner up with photographer Fabio Governato (MM #276616), and do collaborations in a studio. (See donut shots).

My process is rather organic... I'll describe what I'm aiming for and tend to mix in whatever ideas you contribute, often on the spot, at the shoot.  Above all, I like to have a concept and/or a story or scenario, not just headshots.
