[i]A note on booking, all bookings will be considered [b]finalized[/b] via a phone call to go over the details already covered, make sure there is no miss-communication, and to make sure that we each have each other's number in case directions need clarification or to inform each other of last minute delays (i.e. stuck in traffic, flat tire, etc..).

If I have committed to paying for travel and then you change from where you are coming travel expenses will need to be discussed again.[/i]
