My name is Ryan. I am currently a freelance photographer based in Chicago. I moved here from Arizona on New Year's Day 2013.

I come from a photojournalism background and have been a professional photographer for the past 9 years working primarily for print and online publications, but I've had a camera in my hands for the last 25 years of my life.

I am a very versatile and competent photographer; confident in my skillset, but I want to push my creative edge a bit.

I am open to TFP if the concept is edgy/funky/crazy/provocative/sexy, since most of the stuff I shoot for my job is pretty tame and I would love to expand my portfolio in that regard.
