Please understand that I am happily MARRIED and Photographing for strictly Professional reasons.

Model releases will be signed for all types of shoots. This is not something I would consider negotiable. This helps eliminate any confusion for both parties. Model Releases are to be completed prior to shoot!

A very important point to all my releases is that I will not sign a release allowing the model or 3rd party to edit my images. Clients will have the rights to use images purchased for personal purposes ONLY. Publication or printing of any copyrighted image without my consent is strictly prohibited.

I will not provide you with Raw copies of images taken during a shoot. This is NON NEGOTIABLE! However, should images be purchased, I will provide you with digital copy in addition to the printed copy no larger than the printed size purchased.


**IMPORTANT** I DO VERY LIMITED TF/TFCD SHOOTS - THIS IS MY JOB AND I CANNOT SUPPORT MY FAMILY WITH NO INCOME! HOWEVER IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE AN IDEA/PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY THAT I CAN NOT PASS UP PLEASE ASK. IT NEVER HURTS TO ASK.
