Brittany J. Randolph, founder and CEO of Simplybei Cosmeticz;is a self-taught make-up artist and fashion stylist who works tirelessly to make her mark in the fashion/beauty industry.

Her passion drove her over 600 miles away from Baltimore, Maryland and landed her at Bauder College in Atlanta, Georgia. It was there that she developed her craft by participating in various fashion shows, including Bauder Black Tie, a major fashion event sponsored by the college. Her role in these events began as an assistant make-up artist, but do to her excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn, she eventually progressed to head artist and wardrobe stylist. After graduating in 2010, with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Brittany continues to work with Bauder College as a consultant in make-up artistry and fashion editing. She has currently teamed up with The Dope Doll House Productions, working as their lead make-up artist.
