My name is Mark and I'm a Photographer looking to expand and diversify my portfolio. I'm a member of the Vancouver Island Models & Photographers (VIMP) Facebook group. I do fashion/glamour style work as well as concept shoots as ideas pop into my head and have recently branched off into doing fetish-themed shoots which I find fascinating. I have a local studio I rent and I have an on-going series of bodyscapes that I'm always eager to add to (both nude and non-nude/implied). I'm a bit of a nerd and love sci-fantasy which has led me to both participating in and shooting Cosplay. I'd like to do Steampunk as well. I'm a firm believer that shoots are a collaborative effort between model and photographer and am always open to any ideas models have and want to try. We work together...plain and simple. "The Maelstroms Eye is highly professional. He was extremely communicative about every necessary detail, so we were able to plan things far in advance. I threw him a bit of a curve ball as far as professionalism goes, however instead of getting upset or anything a normal person would do - the Maelstroms Eye maintained his professionalism and we were able to work through the curve ball with absolute no additional issues.
