About Me

I grew up swimming, and playing basketball and volleyball. I played Division 1 volleyball in college, which kept me in good shape and taught me all kinds of lifting techniques. I no longer do any olympic lifting but do go to the gym daily to stay toned and fit. I would love to do some type of fitness modeling, wether its wearing swim wear, nike apparel, or demonstrating a series of workout or lifting moves for an article in a women's fitness magazine. I think that toned women are beautiful healthy women, and I would love to demonstrate that through my own body!
