I am an ex model and I am proud to offer you my second home/studio for hire as of today!

My other studio, though bijou, was really successful and I had such an amazing time meeting lots of people and helping them have an awesome photographic experience.

My latest project is a 19th century mill conversion townhouse, which is spread over 5 floors.

It is situated smack bang in the middle of liverpool st, shoreditch and hoxton. It is situated on a bustling road just off great eastern street and is about 400m from old st and liverpool st stations.

The decor is very different to my studio in long acre, with a decidedly edgier mood. The walls are darker the floors are (mostly original) very rustic, either left untreated for many years or painted black.

The features ooze drama with high ceilings, tall, shuttered Windows, floor to ceiling bookshelves and floor after floor of bannistered staircases to pose and drape over.

There is also a very very large roof terrace (incredibly rare this central) which is surrounded by the urban beauty of london city. When you are done shooting at the studio.

I am happy to hold on to your bags while you visit the gritty artistic backstreets of the east end or the grandeur of the square mile for photo ops incomparible to anywhere else in the world.

The rooms which will be made available to you are as follows;

Entrance hall / library:

Dark, distressed, uneven, orginal floorboards, dramatic frosted window covering the whole of the front wall which is shuttered and has a large platform to pose on (almost a stage) Floor to ceiling bookshelves covered in old books trinkets and an entire wall and a half of my extensive shoe collection (makes an excellent background) vintage rocking chair with victorian foot stool, antique wingback chair, silver trunk, drinks globe.

Living room:

2.7m long genuine leather Chesterfield sofia, screen partitions, designer patchwork armchair, large chest of drawers, armoir a large door with juliette balcony that opens to the outside

bedroom:

Large king size rococco bed by chichi furniture, fireplace, accompanying boudoir furniture and soft furnishings.

dressing room

High ceilings, ladder like stairs leading to the roof, dressing table with Hollywood/caberet style lit up mirror and dressing table

Bathroom:

classic style bathroom with bath with all silver traditional fittings

Roof terrace:

Approx 5mX8m, large rattan day bed, water features, sun longers, tables, chairs, b&q, plants in the summer months, Fire pit

Payment to be made in full in advance for any bookings 4 hours or under

Anything over 4 hours a 50% deposit
