My rates are:

$5.00 for basic retouching (skin smoothing, blemish removal, lighting and color enhancement, brightening of skin, teeth whitening, etc)

$8.00 for deluxe retouching (background clean-up, make up application, change of hair and/or eye color, slimming of face or body, etc)

Turnaround time is 1-3 days (usually less).

I am also sometimes open to TFP, but it has to be something that really enhances my portfolio.
