Hello! I'm Shavon Tucker and I'm an event and and portrait photographer based out of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, covering the entire DC, Maryland and Virginia Region. I specialize in creating a relaxing calming, and non-threatening atmosphere for your photo experience. I pose shots as little as possible - relying on capturing the naturalness in you but the organic moments as they come. My style is considered "natural" - where the final result of the images you see are made as enjoyable as possible.

BarShots by Shay originated from a shared desire of bartending and creating beautiful pictures through the eyes of a camera. It started as a hobby that is so dear to me. It was conceived by my husband Martin and myself. Our love for photography adds passion and creativity to any image one click at a time.
