I have been using Adobe Photoshop for five years, and always have the newest version to ensure that all of my work is as good as it can possibly be. I can do almost anything you need done:

-Basic color/contrast/sharpness enhancements
-Blemish/scar/spot removal
-Body/facial thinning
-Color changes in eyes, hair, clothes, etc.
-Facial "reconstruction"
-Special effects (ask/specify what you want, I'll find a way to do it)
