Yes...I directed three seasons of Blue's Clues. (That's for all you Googlers who ask if I am THAT Bruce Caines.)

I've been shooting for a very long time. At this point, I am only on MM to find artistic collaborators. I want to experiment and continue to evolve. I want to be challenged. I only pay models for client jobs. If you want to do something creative/beautiful/different/freshen your portfolio, let's talk! Please do not contact me for paid bookings. If I want to book you for a job, I WILL find you. Really, I will.

I'm a reluctant convert to digital.   I came up learning analog and still believe if you understand FILM you will be a better photographer. Many of the images I've shared in this portfolio are shot with film. Of the analog images, what you see is done in camera or the darkroom. (I'm not a Photoshop hater, I just love analog.)


After a lengthy hiatus from shooting full time, I am happy to be back to creating photographs as my professional passion. I am doing so with a concentration on boudoir and I am shooting that work mostly with women over the age of 40. I want to spend some time celebrating the gorgeous women who bring amazing life-experience to the images. (This does NOT mean I will not be shooting with younger models--just a current focus.)
